Developer expands project folio

It also held the blessing for the fourth tower of the University Tower P. Noval, which is meanwhile located along the university belt in Manila.

The University Tower España is one of the many residential condominiums that Prince Jun Development has built over the past years.
It also has a 24-storey building along Moret St.; a 32 storey tower along Galicia St.; a 38-storey condominium in Malate, Manila; and the 48-storey tower along P. Noval St.—all of which are strategically located near educational institutions to cater to the increasing residential requirements of the students.
