Dasmariñas project aims for healthy balance

The two formed a joint venture for the development of the first phase of Idesia Dasmariñas that spans 11 hectares.
“This joint venture strengthens PA Properties, which has 23 years of providing affordable and quality housing to the local market while at the same time, we expect to learn from the expertise and housing technology that the 70-year-old Hankyu Realty could provide,” said Alvarez, adding that this was the third housing venture of the company outside of Japan.
For its first project, the joint venture will build over 900 units comprised of single detached, single attached, and townhouse units.
Proximity
Alvarez explained that for this endeavor, PA Properties heeded the call of many homebuyers who longed to live in close proximity with nature but cannot afford to leave the luxuries of the metropolis.
“With Idesia Dasmariñas, we’ll make sure they’ll be able to spend a day strolling in the greens of the park, jog around, meditate or have some quality time with their loved ones. But at the same time, they could always get to their work, say in Metro Manila, which is just a few minutes away via the Emilio Aguinaldo Highway or Governor’s Drive,” he said.
For this development located in San Agustin, Dasmariñas City, PA Properties will offer three types of house models: Gaia, a two-storey single detached unit that offers 63 sqm total floor area and a 100 sqm lot area; Talia, a two-storey single attached unit that offers a 52.25 sqm total floor area and an 80 sqm lot area; and Aria, a two-storey townhouse unit that offers 42 sqm total floor area and a 60 sqm lot area.
Gaia is a two-storey, single detached unit that offers a total floor area of 63 sqm in a 100 sqm lot.
