Strengthening partnerships which will help enhance the customer experience is what motivates buildings solutions leader CEMEX Philippines to initiate programs like the Tatak Experto workshop.

The Tatak Experto Workshops aim to develop frontliner sales men and women who are well-versed in cement applications and effective in cross-selling the different goods that the store carries. Since 2014, the program has enriched more than 3,000 CEMEX frontliners, whose participation has aided them in their role as brand ambassadors, not only for Rizal and Apo cement, but also for the hardware stores that they work in.

Through fun and interactive sessions, the company shared practical advice on the use of its products. With this knowledge, frontliners are better equipped to make an impact on customer loyalty to the store and to the brands that it carries.
