Alphaland Makati Place is one of the highest residential buildings along Ayala Avenue with 55 floors. The Makati Place is comprised of three residential towers, a city club and a mall.
The City Club is an integral component of this complex. All residential unit owners are automatically members of the City Club, and non-residents may also purchase memberships. The City Club occupies the top three floors of the six-storey podium, with an area of 30,000 sqm.

Dining offering
The newest dining offering of City Club is its newly opened Mykonos Restaurant that serves the same Greek menu of its first branch in Balesin Island.

The Thanassis Taverna is one of the most popular restaurants on the island. The by-invitation only dinner event hosted by Alphaland chairman Roberto Ongpin had some of the most powerful and influential personalities in the country.
Aegle Wellness Center is Alphaland’s venture into the world of true healthcare, prevention of disease and the slowing down of aging. Headed by Dr. Benedict Valdecañas, Aegle is fast becoming the foremost authority in age optimization, detoxification, and weight management.
Aegle Wellness Center’s first location at the City Club has 20 rooms covering an area of more than 1,000 sqm. Facilities include consultation rooms, therapy and diagnostics rooms and treatment rooms for specific services. There are spa rooms, conference rooms and a complete lounge next to the sauna and Jacuzzi rooms. Aegle also has a pharmacy and laboratory.
Aegle Balesin has 25 rooms and 12 Thalassopools covering around 3,000 sqm. The center is located at the Mykonos Village in Balesin Island with several facial and treatment rooms. A special Colon Treatment Room and Light Treatment Room add to the many offerings of health and wellness to members and guests.
