“We also have the Omnia which is really an advance form of exercise. Omnia is more of the work and play type where individuals go beyond the traditional strength training routines or cardio workouts. Here, one is expected to do countless movement patterns, work on multiple equipment settings and accessories to burn even more those unwanted calories,” he explained.

Best value

Armed with a mission to go beyond providing members with the best quality and best value when it comes to fitness and health goals, the proponents behind Centro Fitness made sure that it will also have designated spaces that would allow individuals to just relax and even do business.

“Centro Fitness also features a luxurious lounge and bar, spacious locker rooms, state-of-the-art shower rooms, as well as steam and sauna areas. The lounge offers free Wi-Fi so members can still do business before or after workout. We are confident to say that we are at par with the known standards in fitness centers. Currently, Centro Fitness features the Italian TechnoGym brand for our equipment,” Baniqued explained.
