Novotel Suites bags distinction
Novotel Suites Manila will offer a mix of hotel and residential units. It will be the sixth and last skyscraper to rise at the Acqua Private Residences.
Novotel Suites Manila has earned the distinction as an “Interval International Select Resort” from a prestigious organization.
This meant that the Novotel—the soon-to-rise 41-storey all-suite hotel at the Century Properties’ Acqua Private Residences—has exceeded the Interval International’s high standards in selecting resorts that deliver outstanding vacation experiences.
Interval International is an independently operated exchange company based in Miami, Florida. The criteria it used for this citation took into consideration independent, third-party resort inspections and other recognized hospitality-rating factors.
“In addition to its desirable location, the project, once completed, will offer well-appointed suites with quality services and amenities for discerning travelers,” said Joseph W. Hickman, vice president and executive director for Asia Pacific at the Interval International.
“We are thrilled to honor Century Properties with this important recognition, and look forward to the opening of this outstanding property,” Hickman further said.
Century Properties Group, through its subsidiary Century Limitless Corp. (CLC), signed a partnership with leading international hotel management group Accor Hotels to open Novotel Suites Manila at Acqua.
Novotel Suites Manila will offer a mix of hotel and residential units. It will also be the sixth and the last skyscraper to rise within this estate.
Of the 310 hotel suites at the property, 152 units were sold as preferred shares through the Century Fractional Ownership Program by Century Acqua Lifestyle Corp. (CALC).
A first of its kind in the Philippines, the said program allows preferred shareholders to enjoy customized luxury vacation and business stays at the Novotel Suites at Acqua.
It will also offer the option to enjoy multiple vacation destinations worldwide, hassle-free property management, and a steady annual rental income.
As an added benefit, shareholders get a one-year Interval International Gold Membership, which allows for hotel stay exchanges at its affiliated projects in different parts of the world.
Novotel Suites Manila is Century Properties’ first hotel development and is expected to be completed by 2019.
