Rich history, heritage continue to pique investors’ interest
The province of Cavite played quite a significant role in Philippine history.
This is where the bloody battle between the Spanish colonizers and Filipino revolutionaries led by the first Philippine President, Emilio Aguinaldo happened. Cavite, particularly in Kawit, was als where Philippine independence was declared on June 12, 1898.
As such, Cavite is rich with historical attractions. Recently though, Cavite is treading on a different path as it has been attracting investors by the droves due to its strategic location, approved development plans, rich human resource, 41 industrial zones and major infrastructure developments, thus making it an ideal location for many businesses.
Considered by many as the bedroom of Metro Manila, Cavite has recently attracted many national developers to set up projects in the area. But way ahead of the game is trusted developer Sta. Lucia Land Inc., who has long seen the potential of the area.
