Anya Residences launched
Anya Hospitality Corp. introduced to the media the Anya Residences, nine-low-rise condominiums with 134 branded residences. This is the last of the three-phase development dubbed Anya Resorts & Residences on an exclusive 7.2-hectare paradise.
Anya Residences will feature bigger units of one- to three- bedrooms, all situated in four- to five-story buildings with floor areas of the units ranging from 52 to 105 square meters, with a starting price of P9 million.
The launch of phase three came about after the sell-out performance of the open lots (phase one) and currently fast-selling resort units (phase two).
The architecture of Anya Residences is modern Asian with the façade made of mother of pearl and hardwood. All condo units will have balconies. Owners of the ground floor will appreciate the presence of pocket gardens.
The Anya Residences will have a Spa Pavilion and nearby cabanas as well as a residents’ pool. A cascading water feature will link the pool to the spa.
Anya Hospitality was formed as Roxaco Land Corp. merged with Fuego Hotels & Property Management. This reinforces its goal to become the leader in the luxury real estate market.
A secluded getaway in Tagaytay, Anya Resorts & Residences is just 90 minutes drive from Metro Manila and 30 kilometers away from the bustling strip of Tagaytay restaurants as well as its spiritual district and tourist centers.
Anya Resorts & Residences is the country’s first world-class resort that meets internationally recognized hotel and hospitality standards. It is included in the prestigious small luxury hotels (SLH) of the world group, with only 5 percent out of 1,000 applications from around the world accepted for membership.
“Anya aims to be the first world-class Philippine resort brand infused with the warmth and hospitality Filipinos are known for,” said Anya Hospitality president and CEO Santiago R. Elizalde. It redefines the standards of recreational living with the resort’s top-tier amenities for dining, wellness and service.
Creating an ambiance of tranquility and opulence, Anya Resorts & Residences is all set within the picturesque, unadulterated landscape of Tagaytay.
Anya’s guiding philosophy— privacy, exclusivity and space— is evident in the design and layout of the property. Certain areas are only accessible on foot or via golf cart, “where world-class modern conveniences such as full access to the resort restaurants, spa and valet services are just within easy reach,” according to Elizalde.
Anya will feature top-notch dining and wellness services, with its culinary efforts headed by internationally recognized Relais & Chateau chef Emmanuel Stroobant, highlighting fresh Tagaytay produce in his menu concepts. Anya Resorts & Residences’ spa, meanwhile, will offer therapeutic treatments based on traditional Filipino wisdom and practices of healing and wellness.
The development of this project was done in collaboration with world-renowned designers and construction managers such as Manny Samson and Associates (MSA), EcoPlan and the SLH Group, well-versed in creating various prestigious developments around the world. This is a testament to Anya’s stature as a first-class luxury resort complying with the highest international standards.
MSA is a reputable design firm favored by some of the world’s leading brands, while EcoPlan is one of the world’s most prominent masterplanners, having worked on resort projects such as the Four Seasons and Westin.
With a growing demand for luxury condominiums and leisure getaways, Anya Resorts & Residences provides a worthy investment unlike any other, as it fulfills an increasing market seeking first-class resort and hotel spa services, with its exceptional qualities.
This trend, backed by promising growth factors such as a strong Philippine economy, a flourishing tourism industry and a market surge in weekend relaxation facilities near Metro Manila, only strengthens Anya’s proposition that is of unparalleled value.
