Anya Hospitality Corp. introduced to the media the Anya Residences, nine-low-rise condominiums with 134 branded residences. This is the last of the three-phase development dubbed Anya Resorts & Residences on an exclusive 7.2-hectare paradise.
Anya Residences will feature bigger units of one- to three- bedrooms, all situated in four- to five-story buildings with floor areas of the units ranging from 52 to 105 square meters, with a starting price of P9 million.
The launch of phase three came about after the sell-out performance of the open lots (phase one) and currently fast-selling resort units (phase two).
The architecture of Anya Residences is modern Asian with the façade made of mother of pearl and hardwood. All condo units will have balconies. Owners of the ground floor will appreciate the presence of pocket gardens.
Spa Pavilion
