First PH condo featuring one unit per floor
A new condominium is slowly rising in a prime location in the heart of San Juan City. The project has already topped off and is in the finishing stages, with the projected date of turnover set for the first quarter of 2017. To date, only six units or six floors of the project are available, as half have already been purchased. Each unit includes one parking space, with additional parking spaces available for purchase.
Winnie Ti, COO of Artesan Prime Properties, said that most of their buyers belong to affluent Fil-Chi families who have long been residing in the Greenhills area.
