Vista Land, the country’s largest homebuilder, was recognized in the recently concluded Philippines Property Awards held last July 9, 2015 at the Fairmont Hotel, Makati. Vista Land received numerous awards for its prestige brands – Brittany, Vista Malls, Vista Residences and Camella.

Brittany, the high-end luxury arm of Vista Land, garnered two major awards from the said event for its Amore at Portofino, an Italian-themed luxury residential property in Vista City. Amore was awarded Best Housing Development in Metro Manila and Best Housing Development in the Philippines for 2015 while Brittany’s Portofino was recognized with the same title last year.

A true Italian masterpiece, Amore is a massive luxury development that infused Italian elements into finely crafted homes. Details such as cupolas, cobblestone pathways, gabled roofs, and pocket gardens draw the beauty of landscape and light within an expansive central business district emerging at the south of Manila. Brittany is committed to ensuring well-grounded investments with its aesthetically pleasing and structurally sound homes to last for generations. Brittany’s commitment remains – to craft vibrant homes and communities that will not just be an investment but a precious legacy that you can pass on to your children.

Camella has been known for building homes fit for the Filipino family. The name has become synonymous with high-quality homes, providing homes throughout the country – Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. To add to the prestige list, Vista City, Vista Land’s most ambitious development yet, has also reaped two awards – highly commended for Best Retail Development and Best Retail Architecture for its Evia Lifestyle Center. To date, the center’s first two buildings are already up and running, with elite selection of stores and restaurants. To conclude the list, Vista Residences’ Vista Hub at Bonifacio Global City project was also recognized as Highly Commended for the Best Architectural Design.

Vista Land continues to be at the forefront of innovative development. It ensures that each homebuyer obtains not merely a residence, but the Vista Land community lifestyle. With four decades of experience, Vista Land shows its proven track records in the industry, continuing to fulfill every Filipino family’s dream of owning a home wherever they want to build.
