The Residences at Brent: the best location in Baguio

/ 12:01 AM July 25, 2015

A new residential development situated at the heart of Baguio City promises an experience that emphasizes privacy and exclusivity in the City of Pines. The Residences at Brent stands within the forested area of the Brent International School community. It provides its residents with a scenic view of pine trees while enjoying the cool and fresh breeze all year round.

The Residences at Brent is a seven-hectare development with the 12-hectare Brent School Baguio. It is located in an area that provides its residents with proximity to Baguio’s central business district and its many tourist attractions. The famous Session Road is only a few minutes ride or approximately 20 minutes walking distance. Other nearby tourist destinations include the Wright Park, The Mansion House, Burnham Park and Camp John Hay.

Leaseholders have several nature-inspired amenities like walking trails, pocket parks, picnic tables and bonfire areas. A healthy lifestyle is within reach as outdoor recreational facilities abound such as basketball courts and the soccer field. A chapel and a reflection center are likewise available for the spiritual benefit of the faithful. Security is a top priority as guards monitor the surroundings and CCTV cameras are installed in strategic areas, all of which complement the gated community.

The Baguio experience remains to be the simple joys of enjoying the outdoors.

FEATURED STORIES

Willowtree Development Corp. president Dick Robbins puts it simply: “If you want to live in the best location in Baguio, the Residences at Brent would be it. It has all the factors coming together—a safe location, a beautiful environment and a well-planned development.”

The Hamilton Hall is the first of seven buildings to be built. The low-rise, low-density four-story building has only 16 units with basement parking. The two- and three-bedroom units range from 100 to 150 square meters. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and the functional kitchen is equipped with spacious cabinets and drawers. Each unit comes with a maid’s room with its own bathroom.

Architect RR Payumo and interior designer Juju Rapaport were the team who worked on the Hamilton Hall. The charming model unit was recently sold and the first building is almost sold out.

The Hackett Hall, the second building, was recently launched and will be completed by next year. It will have a total of 26 units that range from a one-bedroom to a three-bedroom unit. All units come with an electric fireplace that is very suitable to Baguio’s cold climate. The second building mirrors the first building’s basic features and style but has a bigger gross floor area and improved facilities.

Market’s warm reception

“We cannot be more grateful to the warm reception of the market with the first building,” shared Ulysses Gaerlan, Willowtree Development Corp. vice president for marketing and sales. “And it inspired us to create an even better version for the second building.”
