Flower arrangement and balloon decoration seminar in one

Whether gracing a table for a party or simply adding a bit of color  to your table, floral and balloon inspiration will breathe new life into any room.

Learn the basic techniques for flower arrangement to create beautiful floral designs and at the same time learn the art of balloon decorating for all occasions in one seminar event.

The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on fresh flower arrangement combined with balloon decoration on May 4 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. This will be held at the College of Social Work and Community Development, Magsaysay Ave., cor. Ylanan St., University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City.

This day-long seminar will cover the basic principles of floral design with hands-on experience for the making of the long and low arrangement wherein participants will have a hands-on experience on how to make triangle arrangement, oval arrangement, minimal flower designs, bouquet for loved ones and big roses in a box.
